Responsibilities:
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
- Conduct initial consultations, lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Become an expert in using our state-of-the-art Exerbiotic fitness equipment
- Coach clients through our Functional Balance Transformation Program
As a Certified Assisted-Stretch Coach, you will deliver specified active-assisted stretch sessions to clients for their upper body, lower body and full body.
Requirements
- High standard of reliability and respect
- Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
- Experience and/or passion for strength training
- Experience and/or interest in client-assisted stretching
- Flexible schedule morning and afternoon/evening shifts available with occasional Saturday mornings
- Minimum of 12-15 hours with up to 30 hours possible weekly
- CPR/AED Certified
Certification:
- Successful completion of:
- The Exercise Coach Certification Course
- Stretch Coach Certification Course
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.

The Exercise Coach - Hiring Steps

- 48-72 hours from now: In-Person Workout and Studio Tour
- Ten days from now: Offer letter
Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
